We're enhancing quality in manufacturing and packaging by addressing dimensional deviations, flaws affecting performance, as well as rubbing, luster, and design irregularities.
For any defects, we investigate with the manufacturer to prevent recurrence and review design and manufacturing to avoid excessive quality and cost increases.

Piezo Sonic's Approach to Product Quality
All motors and drive products are aged and inspected for characteristics such as torque, rotation speed, and current consumption, as well as for abnormal noise and drive noise. In addition, we set standards for appearance inspections for scratches, scuffs, bumps, rubbing, and foreign matter.
Even after products are shipped, we regularly contact customers to facilitate early detection of defects and feedback to the next product.
