Piezosonic motors are long-life ultrasonic motors that have greatly improved the "short life of ultrasonic motors.
Compared to DC motors of the same size, the piezosonic motor can provide approximately 10 times more power. In addition, because it uses friction as its rotating principle, the motor can maintain maximum torque with zero standby power, making it ideal for robots and positioning equipment.
In addition, since this motor does not use electromagnetic force to rotate, it can be used safely in magnetic field environments such as MR and in semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
In the Piezo Sonic Motor Business, we are also working on the development of application devices and controllers that use motors.
